Queen earned a formal commendation for leading the re-design and implementation of a mandatory, base-wide compliance program for the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, establishing strict technical protocols and managing specialist medical referrals under high-stakes, mission-critical conditions.

Fund Launch, Procurement, & Organizational Build-Outs
Her deep roots in the financial and asset management sectors began at Utendahl Capital Partners, where she was personally entrusted by firm founder John Utendahl to spearhead the operational setup and launch of the United Enterprise Fund (UEF). As the organizational lead, she executed the end-to-end infrastructure build-out, including the integration of critical IT systems, enterprise procurement, and human resource functions, cementing a foundation of institutional excellence from day one.
Today, Queen applies this lifelong pedigree of high-stakes operational mastery to the QuNet portfolio. By seamlessly uniting her background in defense compliance, global corporate scale, and foundational procurement, she directly drives the strategic vision and elite execution that defines QuNet’s construction and global consultancy footprints.

Serving as Procurement Lead Advisor for QuNet, Kamani brings a lifetime of unparalleled construction expertise and a profound vision to the company’s structural and labor initiatives. Grounded in a legacy of craftsmanship, Kamani began his career at the tender age of 10, working alongside his father, who was an Engineer, Master Carpenter/Mason and operated a successful construction business. This rigorous foundational training allowed him to master carpentry and specialize in sheetrock with a plastic finish, instilling a lifelong command of building practices and trade execution.

Construction Diversity Procurement & Community Advocacy
A dedicated advocate for equitable development, Kamani formed and operated his own construction company, Community Manpower, Inc. (CMI). Through CMI, he built a vital community resource network that championed local representation on job sites, successfully providing a skilled workforce for construction projects within the neighborhoods being developed. Today, he carries this mission forward for QuNet, spearheading Construction Diversity Procurement initiatives to ensure local trade talent and diverse labor are seamlessly integrated into the firm's portfolio footprint.
Full Site Risk Management
In addition to his deep operational background, Kamani is an expert in site safety management and regulatory insulation. As a certified safety professional holding advanced SST and OSHA credentials, he possesses a master-level command of NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) Chapter 33 regulations. He is routinely retained by General Contractors to consult on job-site safety, evaluate risk, eliminate structural hazards, and insulate projects from costly regulatory liabilities.
Today, Kamani leverages this lifetime of field experience and mastery of construction workflows to guide procurement strategies for QuNet's physical projects, while continuing to support the firm's selective real estate development initiatives.
