Her mastery of large-scale project management was forged in the U.S. Navy at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma in Okinawa, Japan. There, Queen earned a formal commendation for leading the re-design and implementation of a mandatory base-wide compliance program for the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, establishing technical protocols and managing specialist medical referrals under high-stakes conditions.​

 

For over 15 years, Queen served as the trusted Strategic Partner and Gatekeeper to Rudy Adolf, the Founder and CEO of Focus Financial Partners. Throughout this tenure, she provided critical business support as the firm grew into a global leader in wealth management, culminating in her role as a primary point of coordination during the firm’s landmark $2B IPO and $7B+ take-private acquisition.​

 

Her deep roots in the financial sector began at Utendahl Capital Partners, where she was personally entrusted by firm founder John Utendahl to spearhead the launch and operational setup of the United Enterprise Fund (UEF). As the lead for the fund's operational launch, she executed the end-to-end organizational build-out, including the integration of IT infrastructure, procurement, and HR functions, ensuring the firm’s debut venture was built on a foundation of professional excellence.​ Today, Queen applies this lifelong institutional pedigree to the QuNet portfolio, ensuring that every venture, from real estate development to strategic corporate consultancy, is executed with absolute certainty and military-grade rigor.​
