Queen Kamani
Founder & CEO
Business Operations & Management
Operational Rigor & Executive Command
Queen Kamani is a Strategic Consultant dedicated to transforming complex business functions into high-performance systems for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs) and Startups. She specializes in building an "Operational Fortress"—designing the procedural and physical infrastructure that allows Executive Leadership to focus on their vision while she optimizes the business architecture for peak efficiency. Her expertise combines organizational design with production command, providing end-to-end oversight for high-stakes corporate initiatives, large-scale event production, and private aviation management.

This mastery of large-scale project management was forged in the U.S. Navy at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma in Okinawa, Japan. There, Queen earned a formal commendation and plaque for successfully restructuring a failing hearing conservation program for the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing. By designing and implementing a comprehensive system to manage the readiness of thousands of personnel, she restored the program’s integrity and demonstrated a lifelong commitment to operational excellence in high-stakes environments.

Today, as the head of QuNet’s Business Operations & Management division, Queen applies that same military-grade rigor to turn executive goals into measurable results. She provides the strategic architecture and logistical command required to ensure emerging companies are built on a foundation of certainty. Additionally, she is a licensed New York State Notary Public, providing essential support for high-stakes business transactions and corporate projects.

Real Estate Developer
Development Excellence & Community Impact
N. Ausar Kamani brings a lifetime of craftsmanship and a profound vision to QuNet’s real estate initiatives. He began his career at age nine, apprenticing under his father—a military veteran and master engineer who established a reputable Brooklyn construction firm in 1954. This foundation instilled in him a deep commitment to the architectural integrity required for large-scale urban projects.

Ausar’s extensive experience includes providing high-level construction services for major chain stores across the Tri-State area and founding Community Manpower, Inc. (CMI). Through CMI, he bridged the gap between residents and developers, ensuring local projects created tangible employment opportunities.

Today, Ausar manages QuNet’s Real Estate Development division, overseeing every phase of urban construction and strategic project development. Supported by Queen’s operational systems, he spearheads the "Partnerships for Progress" initiative to provide high-quality affordable housing in underrepresented areas. Serving as a strategic partner for capital investors, Ausar ensures that every development—from single-family homes to mixed-use buildings—is executed with the excellence required to transform communities nationwide.
