Queen Kamani is a seasoned executive whose career has been defined by the successful transformation of operations and the strategic development of robust business systems for top industry firms. Her operational excellence was honed during her service in the U.S. Navy in Okinawa, Japan. There, Queen successfully constructed and implemented a comprehensive large-scale project, earning an accommodation and plaque for her meticulous planning and enforcement of safety protocols. This experience instilled a deep understanding of large-scale project management and the critical importance of operational integrity.​
Following her honorable discharge, Queen established Q Services, Inc., where she provided crucial administrative consulting and project management services. Leveraging this expertise, Queen and Ausar partnered to found the current firm. This entity is now built on a foundation of two core specializations: Executive Ops & Logistical Management (Queen's focus on systems architecture and global command) and Real Estate Development (a dedicated division managed by Ausar). This partnership ensures the firm provides holistic support—from founding structure and operational command to major development projects.​
Queen deeply understands that Founders and C-Suite leaders often lack the time or specialized knowledge needed to manage the intricate operational side of their ventures, particularly complex logistics like private aviation management. Grounded in a legacy of craftsmanship, Ausar began his career at the age of nine, learning the intricacies of general contracting from his father – a military veteran, master carpenter, and engineer who established a reputable family-owned construction company in Brooklyn in 1954. This rigorous foundational training instilled in him a deep commitment to quality and precision.

Ausar further honed his skills within his father's company, which built a strong reputation providing exceptional construction services for diverse clients, including extensive work for well-known chain stores across the New York City and Tri-State area. Driven by a passion for community empowerment, he later founded Community Manpower, Inc. (CMI). CMI specialized in all phases of construction while also serving as a vital resource network, championing community members, and bridging the gap between local residents and developers to ensure projects fostered tangible employment opportunities within the neighborhoods they served.
Recognizing the powerful synergy between his expertise and Queen's operational rigor, Ausar partnered with her to establish the firm.
