Queen Kamani as CEO of QuNet Realty, LLC provides vision, strategic direction, and leadership for the company. She is a seasoned professional who over the years has worked with several prominent executives of top industry firms, evaluating business functions, proposing strategic solutions, and developing systems and processes to improve the efficiency of their business operations.

While serving in the U.S. Navy in Okinawa Japan, Queen received an accommodation and plaque for successfully constructing and implementing a plan for a hearing conservation program servicing an entire military base. She enforced the utilization of procedures and protocols to maintain an operative plan to ensure the safety of all personnel.

After receiving her honorable discharge from the Navy, Queen later established Q Services, Inc., an administrative consulting business where she provided administration and project management, event and meeting planning, travel itinerary planning, and property management services. Queen and her business associate Ausar soon decided to partner up to start QuNet Realty, LLC, in which they incorporated these services into the business plan, in addition to setting up business entities, and improving the optimization of business operations for clients. Queen understands that business owners sometimes don't have the time or may lack the knowledge of managing the operational side of a business and that it is more important for them to concentrate and spend their valuable time more on the directional and leadership side of the business.

Additionally, Queen is a New York State registered Notary Public and performs onsite and remote notary services in the boroughs of Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, as well as in Nassau and Suffolk County.

N. Ausar Kamani, CEO

Real Estate Developer

Ausar Kamani is co-CEO of QuNet Realty, LLC and shares his partner's vision and direction for the company..

Kamani has an extensive background in general contracting, in which he began his career working for his father, a military veteran and master carpenter and engineer, who established a Brooklyn based family-owned company in 1954. He provided quality construction services throughout the New York City and Tri State area for small businesses and chain stores such as the Fabco Shoes franchise. His father taught all of his sons the skills of carpentry, starting Kamani's training at the young age of 9 years old.

Kamani later started his own general contracting company called Community ManPower, Inc. (CMI), which specialized in all phases of construction and related services; additionally, a community-based organization and resource network that operated as an advocate and a nexus between the community members and companies that operated and did business within the community, ensuring the companies offered employment opportunities to those in the community.

Kamani and his partner Queen later decided that they wanted to do more for communities and therefore, ventured into real estate development and established QuNet Realty, LLC. The company currently concentrates on providing affordable housing for underrepresented areas and demographics.
